"Highly Recommend"

I contacted Dean Mechanical after recommendations from 3 people and they did not disappoint. I knew at 20 years old, and my furnace only working intermittently, that I most likely would need to replace it.

Doug came out and spent 2 hours gong through everything. He took the time to explain and show me the list of challenges I was facing, gave me my list of options with no sales pitch, and told me to call him directly if I had any further questions. 3 days later, the system stopped again. I called Doug and admitted it was time to replace the furnace. By the end of the day, I had a new one installed.

Excellent customer service from the technicians, the office staff, and Dean himself. I highly recommend Dean for any HVAC needs.

Dean Mechanical replaced my AC, furnace and hot water tank. They did an excellent job of reworking the area to make it easier to maintain and fit the space. They were very professional, the work was done at a very fair price, and everything was finished in a day and a half. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up. They even helped me handle all of the utility company rebates. I would highly recommend Dean Mechanical to anyone who is in need of heating and cooling services!

Very happy with Dean Mechanical. They showed up right on time, did a quick and professional AC replacement, worked with us to identify any opportunities for cost savings as the install progressed, and were very careful in regards to Covid exposure. After the installation, you wouldn't have known they were here unlike some other contractors we've worked with. everything was neat and tidy and the installers were very kind and good people to have around. The office staff was very good to work with from scheduling and appointments. The tech (Doug) that came out to do the work was very helpful, answering lots of questions and checking things out in detail, and was very knowledgeable. "Very Happy"

Dean's crew replaced both our air conditioning and boiler for our radiant heating. Our heating system was original to our house (over 60 years old) and had a couple of zones added on over time, so replacing the boiler was a fairly complicated job. They don't cut corners and their attention to detail is impressive. They're a small company, they clearly take pride in their work and you can see the team members enjoy working with one another. We're very happy we decided to use them and would highly recommend them.
